Model of the Month

Juliette C.-
April 2022

Spring is here and Chic Models is proud to introduce you to our April, Model of the Month, Juliette Cecile. This amazing woman was born in France and came to the US in 2012 to do a Master’s program in Applied Linguistics. After spending 5 years in Atlanta, graduating and starting her teaching career, she decided to make the move to Los Angeles. She has been in the industry since 2010, where she had done a couple of runway shows back home in France, but she became more serious about modeling when she moved to Atlanta. She entered a pageant at her school and was spotted by a woman in the audience, who asked her to walk in her upcoming show. She then introduced her to a photographer friend, who shot her very first professional photos and hired her to model in photography workshops. And that is how it all started….

Juliette was very fortunate to be surrounded by people who made her feel safe, and allowed her to come out of her shell at her own pace. She couldn’t get enough of modeling. When she was not in school or teaching, she was modeling. It was freeing to her and it really helped her to get in touch with her inner self. She has been lucky enough to work with many different designers over the years. Every opportunity, big or small, has been a blessing. She has done projects for Smirnoff, Google, Beauty Blender, and even got to play opposite Kurt Russell in the movie “Guardians of the Galaxy.”

This year, Juliette would love to book more beauty campaigns, commercials, and editorials. She wants to learn more about social media and wants to create more content that is fun, educational, and inspiring. She loves every facet of this industry and wants to do it all. She also wants to do some styling and design, to push her creative limits. Juliette is an actor at heart and can see herself moving towards tv and film in the future, but modeling will forever be a huge part of her. She is so very thankful for her career and the kind souls who have believed in her. She would not have made it this far without the amazing support system that she has. That is so important and we hope we can be just a little part of it.
