It is crazy to think that 2022 is almost over, but Chic Models is so excited to introduce everyone to our November Model of the Month, the Swedish beauty, Frida Fornander. Frida was born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden and started traveling as a model at the age of sixteen.  Four years ago, she moved to Los Angeles, where she currently lives with her husband and now can’t see herself ever leaving California! She has been in the industry since 2011 when she was discovered by an agency in her home town. She realized quickly that she loved (almost) everything about the industry. She has always been very ambitious and a hard worker, and that is the key to being consistent in this tough and competitive industry.

A big goal of hers was to compete in Miss Universe. In 2017 she won Miss Universe Sweden and got to represent her country in the 66th Miss Universe Pageant! She has walked in Stockholm Fashion Week several times, has been the face of the global brand Kyäni, shot for many large brands in Sweden including Panos Emporio, Lily & Rose, Zetterberg Couture, and nelly.com to name a few. After moving to LA she got the opportunity to work with one of the biggest actresses in Hollywood on an iconic commercial as her double (wish we could tell you more!). Frida has also worked for Gobi Cashmere, Aspeed and Hebes by Chloe, and many other brands and e-commerce websites.

She has fulfilled many of her goals as a model and is very grateful to have been able to do this full-time for so long! It has truly been a whirlwind of incredible opportunities. Her main goal was to make a living while seeing the world, and so far, it’s taken her to 30+ countries. Now she would love to inspire other young women to go for the same journey! What an ambassador to the world she is!!!
