Chic Models is starting off 2019 with a BANG! Our January Model of the Month, Elena Konovalova, lives in the ‘Big Apple’, New York City.
Elena grew up in the southern part of Russia, on the Volga River of the beautiful city of Astrakhan. Before she came to the
United States, Elena was the the weather girl for her town’s local news station, but she longed for more… Ten years ago Elena moved to New York City!
After arriving in NYC, she began modeling, acting and landed a role in the “Sex in the City II” movie. Unfortunately her scene got cut, but she was happy to be working. Elena then got to work alongside Kate Upton for Spike TV. Some of Elena’s favorite designers to work with are Zang Toi and Sareh Nouri. Her bridal photo shoot for David Tutera was one of the best! She loves to work with designers that come to New York from all over the world to shoot.
Besides modeling, she has also worked for the United Nations, organizing concerts and art shows. She really enjoys all parts of the entertainment industry. Working both on camera, as well as on the production side.
Elena is excited to see what 2019 is going to bring her!!!!
