Model of the Month

Cesar D. – March 2021

Chic Models is very excited to introduce you to our March, Model of the Month. Cesar D’ La Torre is a multi-talented model, actor, and black belt martial artist from Maracaibo, Venezuela, who now calls Los Angeles home. Cesar began his modeling and acting career as a teenager, working in local commercials, tv shows, and theaters. His first breaks came when he landed roles on Venezuelan networks RCTV International and Venevision, starring in some of the most popular Venezuelan shows such as “La Vida Entera,” and “Estrambotica Anastasia.” He would later work on “Que Clase de Amor,” which became a syndicated hit across all of Latin America.

Cesar, after modeling for some of Venezuela’s top fashion designers and tv shows, decided to make the move to Los Angeles. Since moving here, he has done print and commercial work for Verizon, VW, Spectrum, Corona, AT&T, Domino’s Pizza, and has had success crossing over from Spanish to English markets. He has made guest appearances on the TBS sitcom “Ground Floor,” TV Land’s funny or die based series “Throwing Shade” (Will Ferrell) and Logo TV’s “DTLA” (Melanie Griffith, Sandra Bernhard, & Jeremy Jackson.) He was also co-director/writer and actor in the short film “The Florist,” which has been nominated for ‘Best Dramatic Short’ and ‘Best Short Film’ at the Burbank International Film Festival.

His goals have always been the same. To keep doing what you love, because by the end of the day, you have to be happy with what you do. Words to live by….We wish you all the best in everything you put your mind and talent to.
