Upload your photos:

Please use your name for the title field and provide a short description in the description field. Upload a head shot and a full body shot. You’ll have to upload the file and click “Submit a new post” for the photo, in addition to clicking submit  for the form above. Please make sure your files are saved as your name. For example, a file named “JaneF.jpg” is appropriate; do not simply upload a file titled “headshot.jpg.”
