Gorgeous!!! I was just browsing on pinterest when I saw these heels that were designed by Christian Louboutin and immediately gasped. A
fter doing some research on them I found out that the heel is eight inches tall causing your foot to form almost a complete vertical line. They are also blinged out with Swarovski crystals and of course they have that infamous red bottom sole that Christian Louboutin is so well known for. Christian Louboutin said that he designed the shoes based off of the classical ballerina slippers in order to raise money for the English National Ballet. Louboutin said: “I could not help being inspired by English National Ballet… after all… isn’t the classical dancing ballet slipper the ultimate heel? The heel which makes dancers closer than any other women to the sky, closer to heaven”! A dancer was able to try them, though there was no word on how successful she was. Being that these shoes are so unique in design they are held in The Sculptural art of High Heels exhibition in Brick Lane, East London.
