With over eight years in the modeling industry, Lauren’s journey began when people frequently approached her, suggesting she try modeling. Although initially focused on athletics, Lauren eventually embraced modeling as a creative outlet, leading her to work with talented professionals worldwide and deepening her passion for travel.

Throughout her career, Lauren has graced the pages of prestigious magazines such as Vogue, Valour, Pump, Shuba, and Picton. Her impressive portfolio includes print ads for high-end brands like Roger Vivier, Cesar Galindo, Yumi Katsura, and numerous others. She’s also made her mark in television, featuring in a national commercial for the Tennis Channel, hosting TV shows on Amazon Prime and the Travel Channel, and starring in notable productions such as Big Trouble at Barney’s and The Mix on Showtime.

Lauren has walked the runway for major events like New York Fashion Week, Hawaii Fashion Week, Metropolitan Fashion Week, and British Virgin Islands Summer Sizzle. Her work has been captured by top photographers, including Nigel Barker, Joe Simpson, and Dani Diamond.

Beyond modeling, Lauren is a passionate health and wellness coach.
