Chic Models wants to wish everyone a happy holiday and would like to introduce you to their December, Model of the Month. 
She is the Russian born athletic beauty, Alena Savostikova. Alena started in the industry as a child in Russia. She was signed by 
an agency and shot her 1st commercial at the age of 5, but her modeling and acting career had to wait. At around the same time, she began to play tennis. She excelled quite quickly and was sent to boarding school in London to learn English and play tennis. She was traveling to Florida all the time for junior USTA tournaments and better coaching. She had real potential. So, at the age of 15, she and her mom packed up their stuff, left her dad to continue to run his business in Russia, and moved to Florida full time to work with the best coaches in the world.
After a couple of years of being plagued by injuries and her father’s untimely death, Alena realized she was only playing for her parents. They had given up so much for her tennis, but she ultimately decided she had to follow her heart. So, she moved to Miami and got back into modeling. Unhappy in Miami, she re-connected with her child manager from Russia. He said she should move out to LA, where he now lived, and work on her acting. So, at 19 yrs. old, she packed up her sports car with everything she owned and drove 3 days across the country to LA, where she has lived ever since.
Alena has worked for brands like Adidas, Anastasia, Motorola, Disney, Uniqlo, and many many others. She has worked on tv shows like “This Is Us,” “The Mindy Project,” and “Rizzoli and Isles.” And she recently shot an incredible film called “Love 40.”
Her goals are to continue building her network and utilizing the knowledge and connections she has made in the industry. She loves modeling because it allows her to travel to some of the most beautiful destinations in the world and meet incredible people from all cultures. This beautiful woman is on her way to many great things in the future.
